MS Capital: 2024 results

"Summing up the results of 2024, I am primarily proud of the achievements that our team has made to strengthen the country's defense capability.

As of February 24, 2022, the holding companies have allocated over UAH 1.7 billion to assist the Defense Forces and paid over UAH 3 billion in taxes. A week ago, I made a decision to allocate UAH 30 million for the treatment, prosthetics and rehabilitation of the wounded of the 3rd separate assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The first tranche of UAH 10 million has already been transferred to leading Ukrainian clinics and the Modrychi rehabilitation center. I sincerely wish our defenders a speedy recovery!

Audi Center Odessa Yug - this year remains the undisputed leader among Audi dealers in Ukraine, with a market share of almost 25%. Thank you to the team that, despite the constant shelling in Odessa, you work effectively, remain optimistic, and the results of your work clearly confirm this!

FIRST LOGISTICS COMPANY — this year, it transported more than 2 million tons of grain with its own rolling stock towards the western borders and Odessa ports. The company has been a reliable partner for Ukrainian and international agricultural holdings and traders for many years. Thank you to the team for the quality work!

Kurs-Agro — despite the drought and low rainfall, we managed to optimize costs and crop maps as much as possible and as a result demonstrate good financial performance of the enterprise. Thank you to the team for honest and responsible work!

Bekhivskyi Granite Quarry — this year, personnel decisions were made that were long overdue. The new team conducted a technical audit and we started an equipment modernization program. Our goal is to be ready and ensure the production of 3 million tons of finished products per year when the large-scale recovery of Ukraine begins. I am convinced that together we will do everything!

Autostrada — this year our team completed several unique infrastructure projects: the Chernihiv Bridge across the Desna River, which connects the north of Ukraine with the center, the Zaporizhia-Tomakivka-Marganets water pipeline in the Dnipropetrovsk region, and completed the exit on the Podilsko-Voskresenskyi Bridge in the capital, thanks to which we were finally able to start traffic there. Understanding the importance of launching the metro between the Lybidska and Demiivska stations, emergency work on restoring the tunnel was carried out around the clock and in early September, train traffic was restored. As always, the work was completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Next year, we will continue our work in the field of underground construction — we will lay the metro to the Vynohradar residential area in the capital.

Throughout the year, work is carried out around the clock to protect energy facilities. I cannot go into details, but it is important to emphasize that the completed shelters have repeatedly withstood enemy hits.

All this is just part of our daily work aimed at the development of Ukraine and its stability. During the war alone, more than $100 million was invested in machinery, plants, and equipment to ensure the timely implementation of all projects. I invest money in Ukraine on principle.
