MS Capital includes Bekhy Granite Quarry, First Logistics Company, Audi Center Odesa, Autostrada, and Pryluky Agrarian Company.
Maksym Shkil is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, founder and CEO of MS Capital Holding.
He was born on 19 August 1983 in Lviv. The entrepreneur has three degrees and Ph.D. in Law.
All companies were established by the owner from scratch. Nowadays, they have powerful material and technical facilities, strong professional teams and are among the leaders in their segments. The companies provide more than 6,000 jobs across the country, pay more than UAH 1 billion in taxes annually and undergo financial audits in accordance with international standards.
In 2006, Maksym Shkil started his business by establishing and launching the Bekhy Granite Quarry together with foreign investors. In the following years, more than EUR 20 million was invested in the company fixed assets, which strengthened its market position. The investment program was implemented, which resulted in the renewal of the specialized quarry equipment fleet and material and technical facilities. Today, BGQ is one of the leaders in the production of high-quality crushed stone products. The quarry produces over 2 million tons of finished product per year and ships over 100 railcars per day.
In 2011, the businessman founded the First Logistics Company, which specializes in grain transportation by rail. The company owns its own fleet of more than 1,000 railcars, including innovative hopper cars and gondola cars. Today, PLC holds a leading position in the grain transportation market in Ukraine and has offices in all regions. Among the partners of First Logistic are the largest traders in Ukraine.
In 2015, Maxim Shkil acquired the corporate rights of Audi Center Odesa Pivden. A year later, the largest Audi dealership in Ukraine was built and put into operation, which also became the first dealer center in the Audi Sport concept. The center occupies 25% of the market among Audi dealers in Ukraine.
In 2016, the entrepreneur founded Autostrada Group, which is a leader in infrastructure construction in Ukraine. Autostrada specializes in bridge construction, road construction and repair, and industrial construction.
The company has a fleet of 3,000 modern vehicles from the world’s leading manufacturers and employs more than 5,000 people. Autostrada has its own production chains and operates a closed production cycle. From the very first days of its foundation, the company has implemented a European quality control system at all stages of road and bridge construction: from materials to related infrastructure.
In 2019, Maksym Shkil established MS Capital Holding to effectively manage a group of companies, including road and bridge construction, railway logistics, granite mining and processing, automotive and agricultural businesses.
In 2020, the Holding founded Pryluky Agrarian Company and invested in the purchase of elevator and corporate rights to Kursk-Agro, a company engaged in growing crops in Poltava and Chernihiv regions. Thanks to the highly efficient organization of processes and modern machinery, the companies have one of the highest yields in Ukraine.
Public activities
Maksym Shkil is the Chairman of the Infrastructure Committee of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine and is actively involved in the operation of business associations.
Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the entrepreneur has been systematically helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As of December 2023, more than UAH 1.2 billion has been allocated to help the Armed Forces. In particular, the needs of the Armed Forces Logistics Forces, the Air Command “Center”, the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces, the 38th Separate Marine Brigade, the 59th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade, the Azov NGU Brigade, the Charter NGU Brigade, the Azov Patronage Service and other military units are met on a regular basis.
Charity
Maksym Shkil has been involved in charity work for over 10 years, helping children deprived of parental care and being in difficult life situations. In addition, the businessman supports sports initiatives in freestyle wrestling and strongman.
Hobbies
The entrepreneur’s sports hobbies include boxing and cross-fit training, as well as billiard.
Family
Maksym Shkil is married and has two daughters.
